We enabled for an orphanage to start a vegetable & mushroom farm to grow their own food and create their own income.

WLS International donated 40 desks to one project for their classroom

Ian, Dianne and their children joined the WLS Program in Siem Reap to volunteer as a family. They all worked together building an essential water tank at one of our projects. Dianne was teaching the children English and art work and Ian, who is a builder by trade, build a water tank ... and their own kids helped!

My trip volunteering and teaching English at orphanages and schools in Siem Reap, Cambodia with WLS International was unbelievable. I taught English and it was the most fun I have ever had. We would learn, sing, color, play games and smile a while lot. These children had nothing yet they are so happy, very eager to learn, and so appreciative that I was teaching them. They would each line up one by one after class, bow their heads, and say "Thank you for teaching me Teacher". It was a magical feeling and experience. I think in the end I learned more from them, then they did from me. Cambodia is such an incredible place to see and experience. Overall it was an incredible trip that has positively changed my life.
